Ecclesiastical Endorsement          

New student? Complete your Ecclesiastical Endorsement as part of the application. Communicate with your mission president or home bishop for approval.

You can renew your endorsement quickly online each year.

Apply for Scholarships and Financial Aid

Good news!😊 Returned Missionaries receive a $500 scholarship when they enroll in at least 1 credit during their first year back! 

For other BYU-Idaho scholarships, complete the FAFSA  and the scholarship application. Applying for other scholarships is not required, but is recommended.

Previously accepted[a]? Great! You can return to BYUI and begin registering for classes your first semester back, even if it’s not your assigned track. Find the upcoming dates and deadlines here.

Registration Dates and Deadlines

Request an I-Card

Your I-number is your identity at BYU-Idaho! Order your I-Card here. Orders at least one month ahead should be ready on the first day of class.

Already have an I-Card? No problem! You don’t need to order a new one.

Information on registering for classes, financial aid, deadlines, etc. will be sent by email. Go to myBYUI and click the Email option.

Language Credits Exam

Did you learn Chinese, German, Russian, French, or Spanish? If so, you can take the Foreign Language Achievement Test to receive up to 12 credits and skip to the best class for you!πŸ€—
