Applying for Graduation

Are You Ready to Apply for Graduation?

Completing the graduation application lets us know that you believe you are ready to graduate. It also gives you an opportunity to tell us how you want your name to appear on your diploma or certificate, where you want us to mail it, and whether you plan to walk for graduation.

Please be aware that we do not assume that we know when you plan to graduate and do not automatically send diplomas or certificates. Here’s a quick checklist to see if you are ready to apply!

  1. Check your Grad Plan or meet with an Advisor to verify that you have met all requirements
  2. Register for your final classes.
  3. Gather the following information:
    • The degree or certificate you are applying for (AS General Studies, C146 Floral Design)
    • The term you will complete all degree requirements including student teaching and internships
    • Your β€œcatalog year” (You can locate this in Grad Plan or by checking with Advising)
  4. APPLY!
