Payments

Tuition Cost & Payments
Tuition costs vary based on student type and course selection. For a breakdown of tuition rates, visit Tuition Cost. Spring 2025 tuition is $200 per credit, totaling $2,400 for full-time students (12+ credits). Online and concurrent enrollment rates are available at Pathway Tuition or Concurrent Enrollment Cost

Payment Plans & Fees
Students who cannot pay tuition in full may request a payment plan. These plans help prevent accounts from being sent to collections but include a monthly late fee. To set up a plan, follow the Steps to Set Up a Payment Plan. Debts over 30 days past due will receive a 1% service charge each month on balances of $100 or more.

Billing and Discounts

Billing & Due Dates
Tuition is due on the first day of the semester. Payments not made within seven days will incur a late charge. For second block classes, tuition is due when those classes begin. Payments can be made online following the steps at Making a Payment. Tuition charges update within 24–48 hours after course changes. Students with concerns should contact Student Accounts.

Tuition Adjustments & Discounts
Students taking both online and campus courses will be charged campus tuition rates. Online courses during off-track semesters receive a $50 per credit discount, excluding programs like student teaching and internships. FamilySearch employees pursuing a Family History degree may qualify for a tuition discount and should contact Accounting Services for eligibility by calling (208) 496-1411. Students who change their religious affiliation will see tuition adjustments automatically within 24 hours. For assistance, contact Student Records

Receipts & Refunds

Receipts can be accessed through Accessing Receipts for Student Payments. Refund eligibility and procedures are outlined in the Tuition Refund Policy. Students requesting a refund after the deadline may submit a Tuition Refund Petition, which takes up to three weeks for review.

Special Cases

Students auditing a class pay full tuition but do not earn credit or have required assignments. Non-matriculated students pay standard campus tuition rates, even if taking all online courses. Those deciding between online and non-matriculated status should contact Admissions for guidance.
