The Self-Help Specialist focus is to develop and maintain the interactive Student Services portal that contains and provides answers to the most frequent questions for BYU-Idaho.
The Quality Assurance and Training Specialist will evaluate phone, email, live chat, and walk-up interactions that come into the BYU-Idaho Support Center to ensure that the highest level of customer service is being offered to individuals contacting the university. The Reports and Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining reports, data, and tools for the BYUI Support Center. This position would be responsible for discovering discrepancies in our data and making sure it is accurate and consistent.
The Systems Developer is responsible for optimizing processes for the BSC and partnering departments. They are also responsible for maintaining and improving the systems and process automation at the BSC.
As the BSC Human Resources Coordinator, you are responsible for working with all BSC departments to understand their hiring needs. In this position, your primary responsibility is to find and hire quality candidates who will fit and enhance the culture of their respective team. This includes posting the position, screening applications, setting up interviews and officially hiring new employees. To fulfill this responsibility, you should work closely with the training team to schedule onboarding training times. You are also focused on employee retention and satisfaction through a variety of activities.
