Troubleshooting: Make sure you are using Google Chrome as your web browser. Here are steps to download Google Chrome. You can also try clearing your cache and cookies.
Issues During a Test: Click on the shield icon on the top right corner of your browser. You can chat with Proctorio to receive help with your issue.

Is it possible to still use the Adobe Photo Shop using my BYU account for some personal learning, if I don't register for any class this semester?
Currently, only students enrolled in the following classes will gain access to a BYU-Idaho Adobe Enterprise LIcense. Students will receive an email notifying them of this access to their BYU-I email account. Students will retain access until the end of the semester. For more information on which classes gain access and how to download the Adobe apps, see Adobe Access.
