  • Self-Help: Search our technology guides to find walk throughs and tutorials for the most common technology issues. These self-help guides include Canvas/I-Learn, downloading Microsoft Office, Wireless Printing, Zoom Issues and so much more!

  • Submit a Request: Still have questions? Our technical support team is ready to help! To see services available and/or submit a request, visit the main IT Services Portal.

  • Live Chat: Chat directly with a technical support agent using the chat feature at www.byui.edu. Select the blue chat bubble on the bottom right-hand corner and choose "Web Chat" and then "Technical Support".

  • Visit in Person: Come see us in person for technology support! We have technical support agents available at the BYU-Idaho Help Desk on the MC 2nd floor between 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday. (Closed 12 pm-1 pm for lunch)
