Alumni FAQ
How long does it take for me to lose my access to I-Learn/Canvas or Microsoft Apps?
- Around 90 days but it can vary between students, this is for both alumni and former students.
Are alumni the same as former students?
- No, Former Students are the ones who didn't finish a degree or want to return to college after they stopped attending school. Former students can have completed credits in a different school or at BYUI. They can return to school to finish their degrees.
- BYU-Idaho Alumni are graduated with an Associate's or bachelor's degree.
- They are part of a growing network that supports the university's mission, particularly in helping with career placement and professional development for students. Members of the network help current students find internships and post-graduation careers.
