Unofficial Transcript
To view and print your own unofficial transcript:
- Log into your My BYUI account.
- Select the Student Tab.
- On the left side select the "Unofficial Transcript" option that is about halfway down the list.
- Students should use the "PDF" option.
- Degrees will not show on unofficial transcripts.

Refer to How to Request a Transcript for step-by-step instructions.
- To upload a document to the official BYU-I transcript request, Select the "Choose File" button when ordering.
- Some forms may need to be filled out and signed by Student Records & Registration first - email these forms to transcripts@byui.edu.
For transcripts requested by the following Third Party Agencies:
- Department of Defense
- US Office of Personnel Management
- Military Recruiters

How can I access the soft copy of my certificate?
- Once your certificate application has been processed, the certificate should be sent to your student email. If you are having any issues accessing a digital copy of your certificate, please contact us. To see how to apply for a certificate, please refer to the Applying for a Certificate article.
