That error is a Microsoft 401 Error.  We have a Help guide that can explain what that error could be. Here is the article: https://td.byui.edu/TDClient/79/ITHelpCenter/KB/ArticleDet?ID=12627

The article suggests the following:

"BYU-Idaho provides access to most Microsoft apps; to get access, use your school email and credentials. If you get this error when signing into a Microsoft Office application or service, please completely sign out and ensure that you are using your school-issued email. The school-issued email is formatted like this: abc12345@byui.edu.  Additionally, make sure you have your username and password correct. "

If you do have issues you can always call or chat with the IT Service Desk for further assistance Here are their hours:

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM, Sat 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mountain Time

(excluding weekly devotional, forum hour and University Recognized holidays)

Thank you! This really helped. I can sign in now as well :)
For those with a similar problem, I had to open a word doc and then quickly press the account info and sign out, and then follow through with the normal pop-up sign in process. Then I was in!
