Overview
If you receive an "Okta 400 Bad Request" error message when attempting to log in, this typically means your BYUI and Church Accounts have not been linked.
Starting February 12, 2025, BYUI started using church account login for all web-based systems. Because of this change, in order for users to be able to login, they will need to link their BYUI and church accounts. Once they have done that, they will be able to successfully log in.
