Is the Wellness Center open for appointments?  

• Yes. Their current hours are M-TR from 9 am-7 pm, F from 9 am-5 pm, and Sat from 9 am-12 pm. They are located in Hart room 174. For more information, visit the BYU-Idaho Wellness Center website. https://www.byui.edu/campus-wellness

If I’m not in Rexburg, is there an option to connect electronically?  

• Yes. Wellness Coaches are conducting consultations via Zoom from the Wellness Center and appointments can be scheduled by calling the front desk at 208-496-7491. 
• Please Note, this zoom option is for Campus students only.

Can I get “At Home” workouts through Trainerize?  

• The Trainers are working hard to develop “At Home” workouts to meet the various needs of our students and employees. If you are currently on Trainerize, reach out to your Trainer and ask them to send the workouts.
