The Workday system is used by the Human Resources Office (HR) to manage human resources for campus and online employees. (We share this system with BYU-Hawaii and Ensign College).

How do I view my payslip in Workday?

Is there a Workday app for my phone?

  • Yes, to access the Workday App follow these steps:
    • Download the Workday App from the app store on your mobile device.
    • Open the app and select the "Setting" gear in the top left corner.
    • Complete the following:
      1. Enter the Company ID: byuhi
      2. Select the BYU-Idaho logo
      3. Enter your BYU-I username and password
      4. Set an 8-digit PIN for security purposes.

Why can't I use the check-in/out option on my Workday app?

  • When using the Workday Mobile App, some users may not be able to track their time via the Check In/Out Function under Enter Time. This affects both iOS and Android users. Please use a desktop computer if you are experiencing issues.
