Resolution for Tier 1
Go to your BYUI email
Click the waffle on the top left to open the Apps menu.
Select "OneDrive".
If your folders are there, right-click to download them.
If they aren't, check the recycle bin in OneDrive to see recently deleted files and restore them
Escalation
No escalation is required for this issue.
