Downloading Backed up Files from OneDrive

Issue

• How do you restore and download backed up OneDrive files?

Environment

• Microsoft OneDrive

Resolution for Tier 1

1. Go to your BYUI email
   1. You can alternately go to https://webmailbyui-my.sharepoint.com/ and log in there
2. Click the waffle on the top left to open the Apps menu
   
3. Select "OneDrive"
   
4. If your folders are there, right-click to download them. If you want to download an individual file, open the file then click File -> Create a Copy -> Download a Copy
   
5. If they aren't, check the recycle bin in OneDrive to see recently deleted files and restore them
