Downloading Backed up Files from OneDrive

• Restoring and downloading backed up files

• Microsoft OneDrive

Resolution for Tier 1

1. Go to your BYUI email 
2. Click the waffle on the top left to open the Apps menu.
   
3. Select "OneDrive."
   
4. If your folders are there, right-click to download them.
5. If they aren't, check the recycle bin in OneDrive to see recently deleted files and restore them
