Question about directories

Hello,

We have a faculty member that goes by Chase Rockwood.  He is showing up in the directory as Thomas Rockwood and students are not finding him in the directory or on the registration system.  In Workday they have changed his name to Chase Rockwood and we just need to get it changed in the directory and on the registration site. 

Can you help with this?

Hi Kristy,

The BYU-Idaho Employee directory updates automatically within 24 hours of a change in Workday. I've checked the directory, and it seems the changes have been reflected. If the change isn't automatically updated in the registration system by the end of the day, you can call Student Records and Registration at (208)-496-1021 and they should be able to either help you out or direct you to the specific person to call.
