Thank you letter

So I got a notification from the school about how I need to send a thank you letter because it is required information for me to complete my scholarship information, however, when I went to the scholarship dashboard that is used to display the scholarship, and clicked on this link https://web.byui.edu/Scholarships/ThankYou/Submit?year=2026 that it provided me, it said that I don't have any awards that require a Thank you letter. I am very confused on what to do about this because I need to know if I'm missing something before the scholarship could get shut down. Please contact me as soon as possible about this.

Since the Thank You letters are handled by the Financial Aid department, we would recommend you contact them to get this issue resolved. You can reach out to them through email at financialaid@byui.edu, through chat by clicking the chat bubble in the bottom right of this page, or by calling 208-496-1411.
