Zoom Cloud Recordings
How can I find my Zoom Cloud Recordings? When I go to my Zoom account it says, "Your IT admin has disabled the access to your recordings page, you can contact IT admin for more details". I tried going into "My Media" but it only had one of the recordings from my meeting (I had three different recordings from the same meeting.)

All Zoom recordings through your BYUI account are stored in Canvas instead of on the zoom website, so you were right to check "My Media." That's where all your recordings will show up. If you can only see one of the three recordings from your zoom meeting, it is likely because they haven't uploaded yet. Depending on how long the recording is and how many recordings you made, it can take up to a few hours for them to appear in your My Media. If you have waited a while and they're still not there, make sure that you recorded them to the cloud and not locally, and make sure you were signed into your BYUI account when you made the recordings.
