Add another number

Please, help me how to add another number to receive the code to enter in my portal, I am outside of my country for two weeks, and my original number Is not active in other country, I need to add another one , How can do that? -

To add another number to your duo account, you can follow the steps in this guide, Managing Your Devices Enrolled with DUO Mobile. You will see in step 6 that part of the process is authenticating with a method that's already on your account, so that duo can verify that it's you wanting to add a new number to your account. If you aren't able to verify with one of those methods, you can call the IT Service Desk at (208) 496-9009 or start a Live Chat with them, and they can assist you in getting your new number added to your account.
