Sound on recordings
How do I get the sound on videos used in my zoom recording to work.

In order to make sure the video sound works in your recording, you will need to ensure sound sharing is enabled while you are recording the meeting. For steps on how to do that, you can use this zoom help page: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362643-Sharing-computer-sound-in-a-screen-share
If you already recorded a zoom meeting without enabling sound sharing, you will unfortunately rerecord with that setting enabled.
