Login Information
BYU-Pathway Worldwide students that are now served by BYU-Idaho Online have been using their church account to log in. However, with the BYUI login change from BYUI credentials to church credentials, these students will now get an Okta 400 error whenever they try to log in with their church credentials.
To fix the Okta 400 error, these students will need to link their BYUI and church accounts. Since they have never used their BYUI credentials though, they can't log in to link them. For assistance with resetting your BYUI password so you can link your accounts, please
contact the IT Service Desk.
Accessing Student Services
Many of our the students previously served by BYU-Pathway Worldwide recently had their "service provider" changed from BYU-Pathway Worldwide to BYU-Idaho Online. As a result, these students are now fully served by Brigham Young University-Idaho, which changes how students access important student services.
BYU-Idaho has conveniently centralized student services to a single student portal, known as "my.BYUI". All newly changed BYU-Idaho Online students can access student services by going to my.byui.edu.
While for many, bookmarking the services below might work well and with minimal issues, But, we've made it easier for our students. For all of our resources, like course registrations, I-Learn, Email, etc., can be found by going to our student portal, myBYUI (my.byui.edu). Feel free to bookmark the portal.
