Microsoft teams allows you to forward a call to a voicemail inbox. To set up voicemail, follow the steps below.
1. Once you have Microsoft Teams open, click on the three dots by your profile picture.
2. Click on the Settings.
3. Click on the Calls in the settings menu.
4. Select the Forward to voicemail option.
From this menu you can also manage your voicemail, such as recording a greeting, choosing a default language, and choosing what happens when a voicemail comes in.
