Windows- Outlook New
1. Go to the Outlook New desktop app

2. Go to File > Settings > Files > Export > Get started

3. Select the account from the drop down menu and choose either a specific folder or the entire mailbox > Next

4. Choose what to do with duplicate items (Skip, Keep both, or Replace) and what time range you want (No time range, Items older than [time]) > Next

5. Choose where to export the file to on your computer, > Export

6. You will get this progress section where you can pause or cancel

Importing .pst to personal email account (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
1. Go to the Outlook New desktop app

2. Go to File > Account Info > Accounts > Your accounts > Add Account

3. Add your personal email account > continue

4. Once you add your personal email account, in Settings go to Data Files > Import and under Outlook Data File (.pst) > Get Started

5. Click Select File and choose the .pst file you want to import > Next

6. Choose what to do with duplicate items (Skip, Keep both, or Replace) > Next

7. Select your personal account from the drop down menu and choose either a specific folder or the entire mailbox > Import

Windows- Outlook Classic
1. Open up Outlook Classic and navigate to File


2. Go to Open & Export > Import/Export

3. Click on Export to a file > Next

4. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) > Next

5. Select the mailbox you want exported > Next

6. Browse for a location you want your exported .pst file to go > Finish

Importing .pst to personal email account (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
1. Go to File in Outlook Classic

2. Add account and add your personal email account you want the .pst file downloaded

3. Go to Open & Export > Import/Export

4. Select Import from another program or file > Next

5. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) > Next

6. Click browse > choose the .pst file wherever you downloaded it > Next

7. Select your personal email account you added at the start > Finish
