Exporting .pst File
1. Go to the Outlook New desktop app.

2. Go to File > Settings > Files > Export and click on Get started

3. Select the account from the dropdown menu and choose either a specific folder or the entire mailbox, then hit Next

4. Choose what to do with duplicate items (Skip, Keep both, or Replace) and what time range you want (No time range, Items older than [time])

5. Choose where to export the file to on your computer, then hit Export

6. You will get this progress section where you can pause or cancel.

Importing .pst to personal email account (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
1. Go to the Outlook New desktop app.

2. Go to File > Account Info > Accounts > Your accounts and then click on Add Account

3. Add your personal email account and continue

4. Once you add your personal email account, in Settings go to Data Files > Import and under Outlook Data File (.pst) click Get Started.

5. Click Select File and choose the .pst file you want to import, then click Next.

6. Choose what to do with duplicate items (Skip, Keep both, or Replace), then click Next.

7. Select your personal account from the dropdown menu and choose either a specific folder or the entire mailbox, then hit Import.
