Campus printers can often be used to scan in documents to your computer, or even directly to OneDrive or Sharepoint. When scanning a document, place your document in the top document feeder (or other designated location on the printer). If you are printing something one sided, ensure that the text side is up, or it will scan the blank side. See image for assistance.

Following are instructions on how to do each type of scan.
| IMPORTANT NOTE: If this will be your first time scanning, you will get a message on the printer that says “Authorization Required”, and you will receive an email from Pharos Cloud saying “Authorize Access to Document Storage Provider”. Follow the instructions in the email to grant Pharos Cloud authorization with Office 365 to allow documents to be stored. For a step-by-step guide to granting that authorization, click here. |
