When Can I Access my Online Class?

Semester Start/End

Course materials and course access for ONLINE courses are available to students the Saturday prior to the first week of each semester.

• To meet federal financial aid regulations, online courses must always "officially" start and end the same day campus starts and ends each semester.
• Students are not expected to participate in their courses until this official start date or after the official end date. The start day of most semesters falls on Monday, but there are occasional semesters that have mid-week starts. See the University Academic Deadlines & Schedule for official dates.
• Grades are typically due by noon (MT) on the Wednesday after the final week of the semester.
