I am an applicant and received credits from another University. How do I proceed?
You will need to use the
Course Transfer Tool
to know what could transfer.
You will need to send it to the
BYU-Provo
address listed above.
Your application can not be submitted until the school receives your transcript.
Do I need to send over my high school transcript or a college transcript for the AP credits?
You will need to request that your AP course transcript be sent to BYUI from the College Board. Transfer Evaluation does not accept AP courses from other university or college transcripts. It must be from the College Board. You can request your AP scores from the College Board website.
I am applying for multiple CES schools. Do I need to send multiple transcripts?
No, you only need to send one and it will be in the CES system. However, you must submit each application.
I am a former student wanting to re-apply to BYU-Idaho, do I have to resend my transcripts?
No, Admissions should have your transcripts already on file.
You have to list your previous academic work on the application which should automatically show the transcripts as received.
If your transcripts
do not
show as received, then you can contact Admissions

and Admissions can look and see if your transcripts are on file.
If I don't want to add some transcripts from past colleges, can I leave them off of the application?
No, you must report all of your transcripts. The only exception is Pathway students matriculating to Online who have international college work, their admissibility will be based on their Pathway GPA. All domestic US college transcripts must be sent in.
If I am applying to be a Pathway Connect student, or if I am a current Pathway Connect student applying to be a Pathway Worldwide student, where do I send my transcripts?
You need to send your transcripts to Provo Central Processing.

Does the Pathway application require a former BYU-I student to submit their earned credits from BYU-I?
Yes, students who are applying through the BYUPW application will need to request and submit BYU-Idaho transcripts during that application process.
How is my transcript submission handled if I am a Pathway Online student transferring to on campus?
If you are a Pathway Online student who is transferring to campus, and you have credits earned as a Pathway student from Ensign College, you will have to send your transcript to us via

What if I have not completed Pathway?
If you did not complete Pathway Connect with at least a 3.0 GPA, a high school, college or GED transcript will be needed to evaluate you academically.
Can I send in my transcript if it is from a different college

If you have an un-opened copy of an official transcript from another institution, you can go ahead and put it in another envelope and mail it to the
BYU-Provo
address listed above.
As long as it is un-opened and it is still in the official envelope, it can be accepted as official
