Important Instructions:
Please use this form to request a new virtual desktops (VDI's) for your employees, so they may access on-campus resources, such as Call Centers (Cisco Finesse), Jenzabar, IBM i (iSeries) , etc.
In order to fulfull this request, we will need to know which role in Role Manager you use to manage access for your student employees. Here is an example screenshot of a role in Role Manager. Please indicate the name of your role on the request form, so we can enable the VDI's for your employees. If you do not have a role already in Role Manager, please call the IT Service Desk at 208-496-1411 and they will help you get one created.
