Important Instructions:
Please use this form to request a new virtual desktops (VDI's) for your employees, so they may access on-campus resources, such as Call Centers (Cisco Finesse), Jenzabar, iSeries, etc.
In order to fulfull this request, we will need to know which role in Role Manager you use to manage access for your student employees. Here is an example screenshot of a role in Role Manager. Please indicate the name of your role on the request form, so we can enable the VDI's for your employees. If you do not have a role already in Role Manager, please call the IT Service Desk at 208-496-1411 and they will help you get one created.
