In the past, I have had a link to set up Zoom conferences on my homepage of Canvas. I don't see it there now, so can I get it back? If not, how do I access Zoom?

To access Zoom with your BYU-I account you will want to follow these steps to sign into Zoom (zoom.us) using the SSO option:
- On the Zoom sign in page, pick the SSO option. It could be on the right or underneath the email and password bars.
- It will ask for a company domain. Enter "byui" and click continue.
- You should get redirected to the church sign in page where you can sign in using your church credentials.
Once you have signed in to your profile you will likely need to create a new meeting link if you are wanting something to post to the Canvas class. To do so you will need to
- Access Zoom Scheduler through the Zoom desktop client.
- In the left navigation menu, click the My schedules tab

- In the top-right corner, click + Create schedules.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- In the window, select the type of schedule that you want to create:
- After completing the schedule creation setup, click Finish to save this schedule.
- When created, you will be provided with the link to this booking calendar, so that it can be shared with others.
