Canvas app
As a Pathway Worldwide student the Canvas app has been especially helpful to access and complete class work no matter where I am.
I am logged into Canvas and do not see my classes. I logged out and in again and do not see them. Is this a know issue? If not is there anything that can be done?

Hey Bailey, thanks for your question! If you are unable to see your classes on the Canvas app, here are a couple things you can try:
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- In your phone's settings, select the Canvas app. Clear the app's cache or select "reset cache on next launch", whatever option you see on your phone.
- Try logging in on your browser (on your phone or your computer) and see if your classes show up there, on the Canvas website.
If you are able to see your classes on the Canvas website in your browser but not in the app, you will need to contact Canvas support. This means there is an issue with their app that they will need to fix.
If you can't see your classes on the website or on the app, then your classes may not have been added to your account correctly. Please contact the IT Service Desk through phone or live chat and they'll assist you with getting access to your classes.
