I am in ART 125. While trying to download my Adobe software, I accidentally signed in with my personal Google account instead of my Pathway email. I need your help to correct this. Can you direct me to where I can go for help switching my Adobe account from my personal Google account to a Pathway account? They are trying to charge me money for the software

At this time Pathway Worldwide is responsible for providing their students with Adobe subscriptions. I have provided some troubleshooting steps that may help to get you back to the sign in page so you can access it from your Pathway account but if you have any issues with these steps or they do not resolve your issue you will need to create a ticket through Pathway Support at https://help.byupathway.edu/
Basic Troubleshooting
- Clear Cache and Cookies
- Attempt to sign out and sign back in again, making sure that you are using your primary school email address (@pathway.edu)
Log Out and Back in with SSO
- Log out of Adobe
- Go to accounts.adobe.com
- On the login page, enter primary school address
- You should then be redirected to the Pathway login page, log in there
- You should now be signed into Adobe correctly
Reset Creative Cloud
1. To do this you will need to Open Adobe Creative Cloud.
2. Windows: Ctrl +Alt + R
Mac: Command + Option + R
3. You'll be prompted to restart the application. Afterward, you'll need to sign in again.
4. If the above instructions don't resolve the issue you are seeing, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Creative Cloud application.
