  Hi,

"I was trying to access Proctorio remotely, and now the webcam won't turn off."

Here are some things you can try if you're having issues with your webcam

1. Restart your computer.

2. Go to your computer settings and make sure the settings for your camera are set how you would like them. This will look different depending on what type of computer you have.

3. If you're only having issues with your webcam in Canvas, clear your cache and cookies on the browser you are using.
