If you find that you cannot find the Pharos Print icon on your computer, it may not be installed. You can install it according to your system using the guides below.
Windows PC
- Click the Start button or the search box on the taskbar.
- Type Software Center.
- Open Software Center.
- Search for Pharos.
- Select Pharos and click Install.
Mac
- Click the Spotlight magnifying glass in the menu bar, or press Command + Space.
- Type Self Service.
- Open Self Service.
- Search for Pharos.
- Select Pharos and click Install.
Need Administrator Access?
If you receive a message that you cannot install Pharos because you are not an administrator on the computer, contact the IT Service Desk. Please provide your location and the times you will be available so a technician can assist you.
