2. Click on "Order Official Transcripts"

3. On the next page, if you graduated from Ricks College before 1983, click "No". Otherwise, click "Yes".

4. You will be redirected to log in with your Church account
| If you have not linked your BYUI and Church account, or do not have a Church account, refer to the section Linking Accounts below |
5. Click the "Order a Transcript" button

6. Select the institution you would like to send your transcript to

7. From there you will be directed to Parchment, where you will fill out information such as where your transcripts should be sent, your name, and your email. If you run into any issues or are unable to access Parchment, contact the IT Service Desk.
Account Linking
On February 25, 2025, BYUI switched its login from a BYUI username and password to logging in with an account for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Students who enrolled before this date will need to link their Church and BYUI accounts to access the transcripts request page.
| All students and alumni are required to link a Church and BYUI account to request transcripts or access other account information. If you do not have a Church account, or are no longer a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, please see this article on creating a Church guest account. |
