1. Go to https://web.byui.edu/account/ and click "Change Password."
2. Create a New Password with the following requirements. Then click "Save Password."
- It must contain at least 12 characters
- It must contain 3 of the following:
- Lower case letter
- Upper case letter
- Number
- Symbols or special characters (Avoid: ? ! / \ < > ~)
- It cannot contain any portion longer than two characters of the requestor's first name, last name, or username
- It cannot be a password they've used in the past
3. After you have changed your password, you will be taken to a page that says "Password successfully changed."
