Creating an email signature

1. Select the settings gear in the upper right hand corner. 

 

2. Select Accounts and then Signatures

 

3. Enter the signature name (or select New Signature) and then how you would like the signature to appear. When you are finished, select Save at the bottom.

4. Below the text box, you can select default signatures for new messages and replies/forwards. Select your preferences and press Save.
