Guest Parking Permit Request
Parking at Centre Square is monitored by the Parking Services Department at BYU-Idaho. If you would like to have a guest come, they will need a temporary parking permit which they can get from the Centre Square Office. Any vehicle that does not have the appropriate permit will be ticketed. Centre Square will not dispute tickets administered by Parking Services.
You can request a temporary parking permit by submitting this request form. If you submit this form after office hours (Monday-Friday; 1 pm- 5 pm), then your request will not be received until the next business day.
How to Obtain a Guest Parking Permit
- Request Parking Permit.
- The permit will be reviewed by a Centre Square employee.
- You may pick up the permit during office hours or choose to have it placed in your mailbox.

When do passes expire?
Temporary passes have a maximum limit of 5 days. If your guest will need a pass beyond 5 days, they will need to request another pass on the last day.
What Information Do You Need to Provide
You will need to provide the following information for your guest to reserve a parking permit.
- Permit Type (Temporary or Overnight)
- Guest Name
- Guest Phone Number
- Guest Vehicle Make
- Guest Vehicle Model
- Guest License Plate State
- Duration of Permit
Prohibited Parking
The following areas are monitored 24/7 and will be subject to a ticket if used:
- Manager Parking Stalls
- Handicap Parking Stalls (unauthorized)
- 30-minute Parking (if parking exceeds 30-minutes)
- Service Stalls
- Red Zones
You may also be ticketed if you:
- Park against the flow of traffic
- Double park within 2 stalls
- Do not remove vehicle during snow removal.
