Bill Code Changes

There are times when the Bill Codes are not correct for a student. After talking to the student and finding out if they have done Pathway and where they are from, we can check to see if the Bill Code is Correct. 

  • If the Bill Code is incorrect for a PWOL student, they will need to reach out to the Pathway Support Center to get it fixed. Here is the link to the webpage where they can reach out to the PSC to request this correction: https://www.byupathway.org/help/contact-us
  • If a student is not serviced through BYU-Pathway, our Admissions office is responsible for updating bill codes.
  • If you are unsure if a student is serviced through BYU-Pathway or not, you can reach out to these Admissions contacts for clarification. Please do NOT give out these extensions to the students, these are for our office use only:
    • Kendra Justesen - ext.1332
    • Brenda Summers - ext. 1335
    • Natalie Gay - ext.1305
