Payment Plans

Payment Plans

Student Types Eligible for Payment Plans:

Students who are standard day time students, or online standard students, may enroll in a payment plan if their charges are 30+ days past due.

PDU1 Holds:

If a student has a PDU1 hold and can no longer see the past due debt on their account, they will need to call the collections team in Accounting Services at 789613 to set up a payment plan.

Enrollment Fee:

There is a one-time $20.00 enrollment fee that is added to the first payment. This is NOT refundable.

Automatic Payments:

Students can enroll in automatic payments to be withdrawn from their account each month.

Late Payment/Service Charges:

Payment Plans DO NOT exempt the student from any applicable late payment charges and/or service charges that accrue on past due debts.

Registration:

Students WILL NOT be eligible to register for upcoming classes, receive a graduation diploma, or receive transcripts until the debt is paid in full.

Payment Plan Enrollment/Ends Collection Process:

If a student enrolls in a payment plan, it WILL STOP the collection process. They will not receive collections letters, phone calls and potentially being sent to an outside collection agency.

Disbursing Payment Plan Money

When a student enrolls in a payment plan and makes their first payment, it will go into AR Account 88 and will be titled Payment Plan. Do NOT move this money. Each night, it will automatically disburse to the accounts owing.

If a student has a PDU1 hold and makes a payment, that money will go to the 19 AR account titled Hold Account. The Collections Coordinator will then disburse the money to the owing accounts.
