Question: My canvas is not letting me use the calendar feature. I can access things through modules but the canvas calendar will not open anything up. Is there any way I can reset my canvas to get it working again?
Answer: One of our technical support agents would love to help you with your Canvas issue. You can contact them using the chat feature at byui.edu. Select the blue chat bubble on the bottom right-hand corner and choose "Web Chat" and then "Technical Support". Hope this helps!
