Trouble Accessing Links and Online Content Through I-Learn

Question: I have been having trouble accessing most of my I-Learn links and readings. I have been able to access some of my links yesterday and even this morning. Now I can't view any of the content provided through I-Learn. I keep getting an error message saying that I am "not logged into the system."

I attached a screen shot of the page I am being redirected to for the error. I don't know why this is happening and would like some assistance.

I am aware that the little profile button says "guest," but it is a dead button. It does not do anything when I click it.  For example, I click on the Chapter 1 link in Canvas for my Chemistry class. That is the first screen shot. It then directs me to a page I sent earlier earlier. I am logged in through Canvas, but the link claims I am not logged in. How do I fix this?

Answer: Thank you for your question Hailey! The screenshot you sent us was very helpful. It seems that you are not logged into your BYUI account. You can check this on the right top corner of the screenshot you sent, it says "guest".

Make sure to use the browser Google Chrome and go to and click on the orange button that says "Go to the University Login page" (see image below). Log in with your BYUI username and password. If this doesn't work, please contact our Technology department. Thank you!
