Question: In Canvas Data Portal my access is denied. What should I do?

Answer: Thank you so much for reaching out, Giuliana! Try opening the website from a different browser, like Safari, Firefox or Chrome. Another thing you could try is opening the website from a private window. If those things don't work, one of our technical support agents would love to help you with your issue. You can contact them using the chat feature at byui.edu. Select the blue chat bubble on the bottom right-hand corner and choose "Web Chat" and then "Technical Support".
