No show of courses in Canvas

Question: I have registered for classes and have been enrolled, yet Canvas doesn't show any classes enrolled when I open the canvas web page or the app. What do I need to do?

Answer: Online courses will not appear on Canvas until the Saturday before the start of the semester (9/11). At this time, if your courses are not appearing on your phone but on your computer then you might need to check for a latest update for your Canvas app, and make sure the account on the phone is the same as that on your computer. You may need to select for the courses to appear on your 'Dashboard.' Go to Canvas and select 'courses' on the left-hand side. Select 'All Courses' in the pop-out window and be sure that your course is selected on the next screen. 

If the courses are not appearing in the 'All Courses' section, you will need to chat with one of our technical support agents using the chat feature at Select the blue chat bubble on the bottom right-hand corner and choose "Web Chat" and then "Technical Support".
