Answer: Your courses should appear on Canvas within 24-48 hours of adding them. If your courses are not appearing on your phone but on your computer then you might need to check for a latest update for your Canvas app, and make sure the account on the phone is the same as that on your computer. You may need to select for the courses to appear on your 'Dashboard.' Go to Canvas by clicking "I-Learn" in your my.byui.edu student portal and select 'courses' on the left-hand side. Select 'All Courses' in the pop-out window and be sure that your course is selected on the next screen.
If the courses are not appearing in the 'All Courses' section, you will need to chat with one of our technical support agents using the chat feature at byui.edu. Select the blue chat bubble on the bottom right-hand corner and choose "Web Chat" and then "Technical Support".
