Body

As BYU-Idaho employees, we have support in maintaining our well-being from a number of sources. Here are some options available to you (available to BYU-Idaho Employees only).

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • This program is a confidential service that provides employees with personalized counseling, guidance, and support to help improve overall health and wellness.
  • The EAP can help with management for stress, depression and anxiety, address relationship troubles, cope with trauma or grief and loss, and deal with financial issues (such as budgeting, debt, or tax questions) to name a few.
  • An individual can contact the EAP at My App Healer or by phone at 844-280-9629.
Therapy Assistance Online (TAO)
  • TAO contains a set of self-help modules that address common mental health concerns.
  • Access this resource by going to Tao Connect
