Where can I view my plans, payment information, and policies?

• Use BYU-Idaho login 

What is the student phone plan?  

• See Student Phone Plan  

• Visit the Cellular Department in-person  

• Students must bring their own device (BYOD)  

• Does not apply to Alumni 

Can I buy a phone from the University Store?  

• The Cellular Department does not sell phones in-person.  

• Customers already on the employee phone plan can purchase phones on the website. The cellular service ships it to the University Store or the customer.  

What is BYOD (bring your own device)?  

• Phones can be purchased online (KSL, Amazon, etc.) or from a retail store (Apple, Best Buy, etc.) but must be unlocked with no contract attached.  

I’m a retired BYU-Idaho employee, can I keep my plan?  

• Yes! Use the same credentials for your BYUI email to login to your cell service account.  

• Password recovery process is the same as for their email account.
