International Transcripts

Body

  • โš ๏ธInternational students (including ๐Ÿ Canadians and US Citizens living abroad and educated in non-US accredited secondary education) must have secondary education documents evaluated. 
  • ๐Ÿ Canadian Residents who have attended Canadian high school will no longer be required to submit secondary education documents through IERF/TEC. 
  • ๐Ÿ Canadian residents may send their secondary education transcripts from their Canadian high school directly to BYU-Idaho at transcriptsubmit@byui.edu.  

 

  • How do I know if my Transcript was evaluated?
    • After completion, IERF/TEC emails an electronic copy of the report and academic records to BYU-Idaho. 
      • Students will receive a copy of the report via email.

  • Did BYU-I receive my transcript?
    • Find out which evaluation agency was used (see table) compare the processing time.
    • Check the evaluation status.
    • If all of the above is done, contact admissions at (208) 496-1300

Transcript Info 

  • SAT/ACT scores are not required. You can submit your high school transcript.

Translations 

  • Translations must be submitted for ALL non-English records. 
    • Same format as the original-language documents.
    • Check IERF’s ๐Ÿ’ปCountry-Specific Requirements for more info. 
    • When submitting original translations, include a set of clear, legible, and full-sized photocopies (front and back) otherwise, there is a $20 fee. 
  • IERF has offered a discount with University Language Services for translation services. For info on the discount, see ULS contact
