How can I get involved with sports at BYU-I?

  • You can visit our Campus Recreation page to see the various activities we offer. The I-Belong app is also available to download with all the activities you can sign up for throughout the semester.

What is Fit4life?

  • Fit4Life is a semester-long program designed for individuals to begin making healthy lifestyle changes. Participants will receive services in the Wellness Center by meeting regularly with a Wellness Coach to discuss goals, motivation, time management, and nutrition consultations. A Trainer in the Fitness Center will also help set up a program to meet your needs. For more information visit Fit4Life.

What kind of group activities do they offer in the fit4life program?

  • Fit4Life is designed to help you make healthy lifestyle changes. A personal fitness and wellness program is organized by a Wellness Coach and Fitness Center Trainer. For more information see Physical Wellness and for the program classification see Fitness.

What is FSY?

  • For the Strength of Youth (FSY) conferences are five-day events that include activities, devotionals, and classes designed to help strengthen faith in Jesus Christ and provide opportunities for youth to grow spiritually, socially, physically, and intellectually. In 2024, youth may attend beginning in the year they turn 14 and may be no older than 18 by the end of the session they plan to attend. Each stake will be invited every other year.

Are there any lists of service projects that can be done as FHE on campus? 

  • There are a lot of FHE activities you can do that involve service. Please see Home Evening Activities to go over a list of service opportunities you can do.

Is there a bike repair place on campus ? 

  • The Outdoor Resource Center helps with bike and ski repairs.  They can be contacted at  (208) 496-7337.
