Please be aware of the following resources as you help and mentor your students this semester.

Academic Advising

The Academic Advising Office helps students plan classes and provides advice on course sequencing and career planning.

Academic Success and Tutoring

The Academic Success and Tutoring Center provides students with access to valuable resources such as free tutoring and study skills workshops.

Accessibility Services

The Accessibility Services Office helps create reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities.

Counseling Center

The BYU-Idaho Counseling Center is a free and confidential resource that connects students with counselors on campus and in the community. For more information, see Mental Health Emergencies.

Dean of Students Office

The Dean of Students Office advocates for and assists students who have experienced unusual hardships in getting the help they need.

Internships and Careers

The Internship and Career Services Office helps students network, find internships, and prepare for their careers.

I-Prepare

I-Prepare is a resource that offers procedures and preparation for university-wide emergency situations, including active shooter scenarios, mental health emergencies, natural disasters and more.

Office of Inclusion and Belonging

The Office of Inclusion & Belonging serves and seeks solutions for individuals who feel excluded, marginalized, judged, overlooked, abused, or disconnected. Contact the Chief Inclusion Officer by calling (208) 496-9304, emailing inclusion@byui.edu, or visiting Kimball 290. 

Peer Mentoring

Peer Mentoring helps students with challenges in every aspect of college life by connecting students to campus resources and offering skill-specific workshops. 

Student Health Center

The Student Health Center offers primary health care, pharmacy, radiology, immunizations, and current health news to keep students healthy and safe.

Student Honor Office

Student Honor Office administrators help students develop as disciples of Jesus Christ in keeping their commitment to embrace and live the Honor Code.

THRIVE

THRIVE is a 6-week program focusing on fun, positive interventions to help with depression and anxiety. Participants will learn content and apply it using experiential learning. Some of the topics include nature, physical fitness, nutrition, relationships, technology, and meaning.

Title lX and Sexual Misconduct

The Title IX Office handles all reports of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, stalking, domestic violence, and dating violence. For further resources, please refer to Sexual Assault Emergency.

Wellness Center

The BYU-Idaho Wellness Center helps students create and reach mental, physical, social, and spiritual goals with the purpose to promote a balanced, happy life.
