COVID-19 Self-Reporting

As we diligently strive to do all we can to stay safe, BYU-Idaho is doing our best to keep you informed of the COVID-19 status on campus. However, in order for this to be successful, we need everyone’s help. If you get sick with COVID-19, please complete a brief COVID-19 status form. This form will be used to help BYU-Idaho track “Active”, and “Resolved” cases across campus.

COVID Vaccines

Free vaccinations are available by appointment on campus at the Student Health Center. Call (208) 496-9330 to schedule an appointment.

Free vaccinations are available by appointment off-campus through Eastern Idaho Public Health and other participating pharmacies and clinics. Call (208) 533-3223 OR (855) 533-3160 to schedule an appointment. The appointment scheduling line is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
