Cause
Service missionaries, Church employees (philanthropies) need BYU-Idaho account for various reasons. this process changed from "Visitor" to "Guest".
Resolution
The customer will need to fill out a form to process this. It will be sent off to Identity Management (Tier 3). Send them this link below:

Make sure they can open the link, and tell them that Identity Management will work with them from there.
