How can Pathway students get transcripts?
In the past, BYU-Idaho would help Pathway students get their transcripts. Recently, Pathway has started offering support for providing transcripts themselves. If you are a Pathway Student who needs to request transcripts, you can contact Pathway Support here. This includes if you student need transcripts sent through Parchment and not the standard service Pathway uses.
If you need to request your transcripts through Parchment (this is different from the usual way of getting transcripts through Pathway), the following conditions must be met: you graduated in or before Fall 2025 AND you have NOT returned to Pathway to take any courses (including courses you may have enrolled in and then withdrew from). In this case, you will still need to contact Pathway Support. The general rule of thumb is "the service provider (BYUI or Pathway) who the student has their most recent enrollment with is who should fulfill the transcript." When requesting through Parchment, the student should select "BYU-Idaho" as their institution.
Where Can I Request Transcripts?
- On the left side of the Pathway portal, click Documents > Transcripts.
2. At the bottom of the page is an option to see an unofficial transcript.
3. To request an official transcript from any institution, click the blue button that says Companion.
4. Sign in using use the same credentials you use to access the Pathway portal.
5. On the window that opens, there should be a button to request official transcripts Pathway Companion page.
